የአዲስ አበባ ትራንስፖርት ቢሮ፤ ከምሽቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት በፊት የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት የሚያቋርጡ ማንኛውም የህዝብ ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሰጪዎችን መቅጣት ልጀምር ነው አለ፡፡
ይህ እንዳደርግም በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ካቢኔ በደንብ ቁጥር 185/2017 የተደነገገው ደንብ ይፈቅድልኛል ብሏል፡፡
በዚህ ደንብ መሠረት በከተማዋ ማንኛውም የህዝብ ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሰጪ እስከ ምሽት 4፡00 ሰዓት የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎትን መስጠት እንደሚጠበቅበት ተደንግጓል ሲል ተናግሯል፡፡
ከዚህ በተጨማሪም ከስምሪት መስመር ውጪ አገልግሎት መስጠት፣ አቆራርጦ መጫንና ቢሮው ካወጣው ታሪፍ ውጪ ተሳፋሪን ማስከፈል እንደማይቻል ቢሮው በብርቱ አሳስቧል፡፡
ከዚህ መመሪያ ውጪ በህገ-ወጥ መንገድ በሚንቀሳቀሱ የህዝብ ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ሰጪ ባለንብረቶችና አሽከርካሪዎች በደንቡ በተቀመጠው የቅጣት እርከን መነሻነት ብር አምስት ሺህ (5,000) እቀጣለሁ ብሏል፡፡
