ስምምነቱ የተደረገው በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር እና በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ መካከል ነው።
በዚህ ስምምነት ከ40 ሺህ በላይ #የመንግሥት_ሰራተኞች የቤት ባለቤት ለማድረግ ታስቧል።
የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ለቤቶቹ ግንባታ የሚሆን 120 ቢሊዮን ብር ማዘጋጀቱን አስረድቷል።
ብድሩ የሚመለሰውም በ20 ዓመታት ውስጥ መሆኑ ተነግሯል።
የተዘጋጀው ብድር የቤት ባለቤት ለመሆን ለተደራጁ ማህበራት የሚሰጥ መሆኑ ተጠቅሷል።
የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ለቤቶቹ ግንባታ ወጪ 75 በመቶ ብድር ለማህበራቱ የሚለቀው ማህበራቱ 25 በመቶውን ሲቆጥቡ መሆኑ ተጠቅሷል።
ይህ ማለት አንድ የቤት ባለቤት ለመሆን በማህበራቱ የሚታቀፍ ሰው ከአጠቃላዩ የቤቱ ወጪ በማህበራቱ በኩል የቤቱን ወጪ 25 በመቶ አስቀድሞ መቆጠብ ይጠበቅበታል።
ቤቶቹ በሶስት ዓመታት ውስጥ ይጠናቀቃሉ ተብሎ ይጠበቃል የተባለ ሲሆን የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ብድሩን ለማህበራቱ ከለቀቀበት እስከ 4 ዓመት ድረስ ወለዱን እንጂ ዋናውን ብድር እንደማያስከፍል አስረድቷል።
ወለዱም 14 በመቶ መሆኑን ሰምተናል።
በዚህ ስመምነት ቀዳሚ ተጠቃሚ ለመሆን በ350 ማህበራት 23 ሺህ መምህራን መደራጀታቸውን ሰምተናል።
